Po’s vet bills

Hi my name is Linda and I am fundraising for my daughters dog Po who was in a serious accident last week.

Po unfortunately fell out of a window of a first floor flat landing on the ground of the basement flat below.

He sustained a serious leg injury and was rushed to an emergency vet and the following morning taken to PDSA.

After several X-rays which were sourced out to a number of Veterinary practices and initially expecting Po would need his leg amputated , thankfully Fitzpatricks vets (from tv) confirmed his leg could be saved.

Po returned from surgery yesterday and now needs 8 to 12 weeks rehabilitation with several weeks crate rest and then further X-rays and physiotherapy.

My daughter, Shannon was understandably devastated but she is doing a fantastic job caring for Po at home. As a single mother of one small boy, it is a very difficult time for her.

As a single mum and on benefits she has not got the finance to pay for the veterinary bills.

The costs have been temporarily covered and this is the reason I am setting up this funding page to try raise as much as possible towards the £6000 bill.

If, after reading this you can find it in your hearts to spare something no matter how small, I will be eternally grateful and know it would mean everything to Shannon and help take away some of the worry and stress she is under at the moment.

Po is so very fortunate to have had the best veterinary surgeon take on his case and once the recovery process is complete will have a healthy, vibrant life.
