Portside DIY

Portside DIY has been around since 2011 and has been a staple in the Sydney DIY scene. Portside encourages people of all ages and skill level to have fun, be a part of a community project and skate something truly unique.

Portside holds huge sentimental value as the creation has led thousands of hours of community skateboarding over the last 15 years. We hold sentimant to builders that are no longer with us, people who have moved away and a progress to continue into the future.

Our current project will be one of the most impactful yet bringing, another life to our beloved Portal.

Contributions will go directly to concrete, plywood, cement and much more. Spending around 2000 from our own pockets so far we look to our community for a helping hand.
