[CLAIMED] openpilot Car Port: 2023 Honda Pilot, CR-V, Accord

This bounty seeks to port the 2023 Honda Pilot, 2023/2024 Honda CR-V, and/or 2023 Accord to openpilot. The successful completion of this bounty involves achieving steering control support by openpilot. The reward will be provided to the individual who completes the car port(s), submits a pull request to comma's openpilot repository on GitHub, demonstrating at least one (1) functional route on the latest stock openpilot for verification, and provides written confirmations from at least two (2) users owning any of the 2023 Honda Pilot, 2023 Honda CR-V, or 2023 Accord . The car port(s) must be based on the latest master branch from commaai/openpilot, and should be compatible with the latest comma device (currently the comma 3X). Notably, openpilot Longitudinal Control support is not included in the scope of this bounty.
