Port Saints Andrew Lickley Stand

Port Saints Football Club is proud to announce plans to install a grandstand at Findlay Oval in memory of a beloved community member, Andrew Lickley.

Andrew was more than a volunteer — he truly believed in the power of community.

Always ready to lend a hand at Port Saints, Andrew went above and beyond in every role he took on. As a dedicated coach to many of his sons’ teams and a passionate contributor behind the scenes, he poured countless hours into improving our facilities, including the installation of the dugouts we use today.

But Andrew’s commitment wasn’t just to the game or the field — it was to the people. To the future of the club. To the heart of the community, he loved.

In 2024, Andrew sadly passed away, leaving behind his beloved wife and five young sons. His absence is deeply felt, but his legacy continues to inspire us.

We want to honour Andrew in a way that reflects the impact he made — by building a grandstand at Findlay Oval.

It will be a place where his family, friends, and the wider Port Macquarie community can sit, cheer and enjoy watching the game of football. That will continue to support and inspire future generations, just as he did in life.

We’re inviting you — our extended Port Saints family — to help make this tribute possible.
