My father in law, "Pop Pop" Frederick Diggs is an older veteran, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is currently in a lovely, safe, assisted living home. As most people know, assisted living homes are very expensive and unfortunately, veterans don't receive housing allowances. We are working hard to keep him housed where he is but need to bridge the gap between his fixed income and the cost of living.
