Indiana Lieutenant Governor, Micah Beckwith, has targeted local community members exercising their first amendment rights to free speech, Constitutionally-protected in the United States of America.

On August 20, 2025, Beckwith continued his campaign of silencing dissent by turning hired security (off-duty sheriff deputies) against Town Hall attendees.

Video proof of excessive force was obtained by the victims who will now be engaged in a legal battle to defend their Constitutional rights from the Warrick County, Indiana sheriffs, deputies, and their defenders.
