Police Chief Jason Sapp's Travel & Medical Needs

The Sapp family has been so appreciative and overwhelmed of all the outpouring of love and support being shown to Jason and them all during this tough time, and also for all the ones that are wanting to help them in various ways! Their hearts are truly full! With that being said, due to so, so many of you reaching out privately about so graciously wanting to help financially, but either do not use Venmo or are not comfortable with that form of funding, the family has agreed to allow for a gofundme account to be set up for them instead, and all donations will go straight to his wife Lynn. We honestly don't know what amount of a goal we need to set as the amounts of doctor and hospital bills are unknown as of current, but we know they will be trickling in very soon and the amounts will be more than they want to have to even think about and we are hoping that this way can ease some of that burden and worry that is already being felt and allow the family to keep their main focus on his recovery and healthcare plan moving forward...so we'll set a starting amount, and then we'll adjust as needed for them. Again, a huge THANK YOU from the family for all your prayers, positive thoughts, and support being given by everyone and the community! It's all being widely felt! As most of you know, Portal Police Chief Jason Sapp was life flighted this past Sunday, May 21st, due to a medical emergency. Jason has since then been in the Cardio ICU unit battling different health issues. We will not go into detail on all the battles, as that is his families place to report instead, and they will do so when they're ready. During this time we wanted to be able to help and support the family in any way we can as travel back and forth to Augusta along with food can be very costly, as well as all the medical bills that will be eventually faced!

If you feel led to give, please do so, but most importantly, if you will just please send your prayers up, your good thoughts, and your love for Jason and his family! We serve a mighty, mighty God that has already blessed him with some healing and even big miracles during this time, and we trust and believe that He will continue to heal his body and bring the restoration that he needs!
