The Princess Trust, called Interessengemeinschaft Multiple Sklerose Erkrankter DS e.V founded by Princess Milana zu Fürstenberg, stands as a beacon of compassion and support across southern Germany. Committed to empowering local charities, the Trust focuses on uplifting the most vulnerable among us, ensuring care and assistance reach “the poorest of the poor” within our local communities. Its impactful initiatives include IMSED, which provides homes and specialised care for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, along with vital collaborations with children’s hospices, elder care facilities, and organisations addressing critical social challenges. The Princess Trust embodies the belief that true charity begins at home, transforming lives and restoring dignity where it is needed most.
