Attorney Fees

Hi, my name is Grace Bauer and I am raising funds for attorney fees to defend my sister, Lisa.

I did a solo intervention on my sister in December. Her husband called me and said she's too skinny, he has dogs that weigh more than her. She arrived at the Eating Disorder Facility in Plano, Tx weighing 56 lbs. They immediately inserted a feeding tube. The doctor said she was so malnourished she wouldn't have lived to see the New Year. She had brain surgery in 2021 from a fall, and a plate they inserted during surgery was coming out of her skull. She had to come back to Memorial Hermann Medical Center so the team that did the surgery could fix it. While Lisa was in Plano and at the Medical Center, her husband was moving money and doing ATM withdraws and transfers from her solo accounts under her log in. One account being her life savings including her inheritance money from our mom. Kevin and I both got notarized Durable Power Of Attorney for Lisa's banking. After investigation, Chase bank appointed me Power Of Attorney. Once he realized he could no longer get his hands on the money, he Flipped out!! He had put a restraining order on me and is now suing me. My sister does not have the mental or physical strength to protect her assets, her health, or be her own defense. My 3 sisters and I promised our mom on her death bed that we sisters would always love and protect one another and I am doing everything I can to keep my promise.
