UPDATE: Thank you all for your support as you all know my daughter, Aija, was diagnosed with both renal kidney failure with no reverse. To give you a little detail on what happened... I got called coming home from work and picking my daughter up from school to go the hospital of my choice, due to previous high blood pressures and lab testing after Christmas break. I chose Kaiser hospital in Roseville California, upon my arrival 9 tubes of blood, ultra sound, next day my daughter had to to get biopsy and she was in intensive care. The results stated both kidneys were failing with no reverse. My baby turned 13 on January 26 in the hospital. The following Wednesday she was discharged. However, that Friday she had to be rushed back to the hospital due to swelling (edema). Upon arrival her creatinine level was rising. She had high blood pressure, plus her potassium and sodium levels were all over the place. She had to be taken to urgent care the next day. At urgent care I was told to take my daughter back to the hospital for a 2nd admission. Every complication you could imagine was happening. During the next two days she was rushed from that hospital to UC Davis. Which is where she had emergency surgery. Aija had to get two ports/catheter in her stomach and neck. Dialysis began in neck, the stomach needed two weeks to heal. She is now home and I am administering peritoneal dialysis on Aija nightly. I wanted to encourage Dr Marcus Cosby your pastor that the blood still work. I listened to the sermon and believe me I could not do anything to fix the situation. I’ve prayed and prayed but God has his hands on the situation. Please continue to pray for my daughter and spread the word as we are diligently searching for a donor!!
