PLQ’s Xela Host Family Fundraiser
Donation protected
For over 30 years, PLQ has been teaching Spanish, but it’s about more than just learning a language, it’s about connecting with the culture. Host families play an integral role in creating an immersive cultural experience during students’ time in Xela. In the face of the global pandemic, PLQ’s classes have moved online, and we lament that living with a family in Xela cannot be part of the PLQ experience for the time-being.
With a history of international solidarity, we ask those who have been part of the PLQ family - that now extends to all corners of the world - to come together to support our Xela host families during these difficult times. Our community of 35 host families appreciates your support. We look forward to the times when host families can continue the tradition of welcoming students in their homes.
