My name is Briana Ludwig and I am Cassie Beise's sister. I put together this GoFundMe to help my sister fight her second round of breast cancer in a span of 7 years almost to the day, except this time she has been diagnosed with ER+HER-Metastatic Breast Cancer. It is affecting many bones in her body (vertebrae, ribs, hips, femur, arm and sternum) as well as it's in her liver. She has been in a lot of pain the last couple months, which is what led her to contact her medical team and in turn, led to this diagnosis. And as if getting a cancer diagnosis isn't hard enough, she has already met some road blocks with her insurance refusing to cover some upcoming treatments she already has scheduled. If you don't already know Cassie, she is one of the toughest people I know and she has 2 teenage girls that she wants to fight for. Any donation would help her and her family cover costs for upcoming treatments and possible future travel to the Mayo as that is where she went for her last fight with breast cancer.
