With all of the commotion going on in Louisiana these past few days, it is very possible you know a family, friend & loved one who has lost their home & all of the items they love.
One family that has lost everything is the Moore family, of Covington. On Friday, March 11th the Moore's watch their home be submerged in 3ft of water. This family of three Grey, Kendi, & Lane have NO flood insurance. Their home is ruined. They lost almost everything.
If you live in the St. Tammany Parish area, this name may sound familiar. Fox News made a segment on Lane, junior at Covington High last year on the love for his school, and for his sports. Lane is a member of the football & baseball team at Covington and Lane has Down Syndrome.
Living with a disability is hard, and change isn't easy.. Lane is now going to face a huge change, as he just lost his house & all of his belongings.
Lane makes an impact on each & every person he meets, wether it be through his contagious smile, or on going positive attitude, he has changed the life of everyone he meets in someway.
Please help the Moore's find comfort during this hard time as they have lost their home, and belongings. They have to repair their whole house and they cannot do this alone.
