Dear Family and Friends,
Our dear friend, Cee, is a single mother of 5 children.
She has been trying to keep her family together for the past 3 years.
Cee's exhausted all of her financial resources, while going through a lengthy and traumatizing divorce.
She hasn’t been able to afford the continuing legal cost of protecting herself and this has lead to her (unfairly) loosing custody of her child.
When Cee discovered that her attorneys were being threatened and manipulated with a fraudulent "Secrecy / Non Disclosure Agreement" (in violation of the rules of ethics), she studied the law and has had some fabulous success. Cee was successful in forcing the Judge and Associate Judge to recuse themselves after proving that they had violated procedures and judicial canons, resulting in harm to her child.
Unfortunately, Child is still in #####, permanently isolated with the alleged abuser. They have not seen their sibling since January 2019, and now have not been permitted to even communicate with Child since January 2021. This has been devastating to the whole family.
Child and his siblings are very close and are always playing together. Some of Child’s favorite things to do are, building forts with his brothers, building elaborate hot wheels tracks and playing “imaginary” Fortnite. Child is very active and loves climbing, jumping (making slow-motion videos of it) riding his balance bike and playing football outside with the neighborhood kids. Child loves school, and reading books, and dancing!
Cee is now faced with the threat of permanently losing all parental rights and her children being separated permanently because she doesn’t have the financial means to continue defending against an adversary that has access to unlimited resources.
ANY financial support we can offer her will certainly ease her burdens, but most importantly, allow her to defend herself and protect her Child! On an immediate basis, any financial contributions will be used to allow her to prepare for the jury trial in ##### and obtain whatever support is needed to prevail. Additionally, she has travel and more legal costs in ######.
