Please urgently help save our home, we face eviction 2 July.

Dear Friends, Kind Strangers, and Compassionate Souls,

We come to you today in desperation and with heavy hearts. This plea is not made lightly, we are here because every other avenue has failed us, and time is slipping through our fingers. We are a small family, two elderly individuals in their 70s, a disabled man in his 50s,
and a minor child, clinging to the only place we call home. This property is not just bricks and mortar to us; it is our primary residence, the place where we've laughed, cried, healed, and survived.

Unfortunately, our business took a severe downturn. In an effort to prevent a greater loss, we approached our landlords, pleading with them to allow us to end the lease early to avoid accumulating debt. But they refused. Despite explaining our situation, they proceeded with legal action, not only for outstanding rent but also to claim the entire remainder of the lease. Upon advice from our attorneys, we vacated the premises to prevent further conflict,
believing this was the wisest choice. But instead of finding peace, we were thrust into an unending legal nightmare. All types of settlement agreements were attempted ignored. Court cases dragged on from 2023 until now, draining every last resource we had. Despite clear irregularities, including unsigned documents accepted by the
court, the law did not stand by us.

An attachment order has been issued, and the court has granted permission for our
home to be sold at auction.

We are devastated.
The auction date is set for the 2nd of July 2025.
Unless we can pay the total amount by the 30th of June 2025, we will lose everything.

We are turning to the kindness of humanity. We are not people who ask for help easily,
but we are begging you now — with open hearts and tearful eyes — please help us raise
the amount needed to save our home. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to keeping our family safe and off the streets.

If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing our story with others who might be
able to help. We know times are hard for everyone, but we believe in the power of compassion and the incredible strength of community.

Thank you for reading our story. Thank you for giving us hope
in the darkest moment of our lives.

With gratitude and humility,
