I, Nahil Al-Akkad, from Gaza, stand before you as a person who is trying to maintain his family, which consists of 3 people. We are trying to live under miserable conditions in tents in southern Gaza. It is difficult for me to find words to describe what we face every day in Gaza, no food, no medicine, No clean drinking water, oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts, and psychological trauma due to the loss of loved ones.

‏In Gaza, it's not just hunger, disease and fear; Rather, it means actual death.

‏Because of the devastation that befell us, I lost my home, my husband lost his job, and his photography equipment

‏Now I find myself in this difficult situation, and I strongly and humbly ask for your help to save the life of my family, especially my child, by getting us out of Gaza.

‏The situation in Gaza has become unbearable due to slow death as a result of hunger, thirst, displacement, the spread of diseases, and continuous bombing.

‏Since October 7, due to the continuous bombing in Gaza, we have been displaced from our homes in eastern Khan Yunis. My family was displaced three times. Currently, we live in a tent in Deir al-Balah with my husband and daughter, unfortunately under very poor humanitarian conditions. There is a shortage of food, water, and toilets. The weather is difficult, living in a tent made of thin plastic, and in every sense of the word, we do not have the basics of life.

‏The past months have been full of hell and horror. This war has gone on for too long, and our mental health and lives are constantly at risk. We have reached a point where there is no hope anymore in Gaza, as if we are waiting for death. Even if a ceasefire is reached, the devastation in Gaza in all its forms cannot be quickly repaired

‏To cross the border between Gaza and Egypt at Rafah, our names must be on the crossing list (paid permit). The coordinators in Egypt are asking us to add my family names to the list at the border, for between 7,000 and 8,000 dollars per person! They won't add names until we can prove we have the money ready

‏Unfortunately, our house was completely destroyed during a short truce. I was able to record a video of him, heartbroken to see my home destroyed, and losing hope that my child would not be able to sleep in her home.

‏Please help me get it out. Your help will contribute greatly to alleviating our suffering. I hope you will share my story with your family and friends.

في غزة، لا يقتصر الأمر على الجوع والمرض والخوف؛ بل يعني الموت الفعلي.

بسبب الدمار الذي حل بنا فقدت منزلي وخسر زوجي وظيفته ومعدات التصوير الخاصة به

الآن أجد نفسي في هذا الوضع الصعب، وأطلب مساعدتكم بقوة وتواضع لإنقاذ حياة عائلتي، وخاصة طفلي، من خلال إخراجنا من غزة.

الوضع في غزة أصبح لا يطاق بسبب الموت البطيء نتيجة الجوع والعطش والتهجير وانتشار الأمراض والقصف المستمر.

منذ 7 أكتوبر وبسبب القصف المستمر على غزة، تم تهجيرنا من منازلنا شرق خانيونس. لقد نزحت عائلتي ثلاث مرات. حاليا نعيش في خيمة في دير البلح مع زوجي وابنتي، وللأسف في ظل ظروف إنسانية سيئة للغاية. هناك نقص في الغذاء والماء والمراحيض. الطقس صعب، العيش في خيمة مصنوعة من البلاستيك الرقيق، وبكل معنى الكلمة، لا نملك أساسيات الحياة.

الأشهر الماضية كانت مليئة بالجحيم والرعب. لقد استمرت هذه الحرب لفترة طويلة جدًا، وصحتنا العقلية وحياتنا معرضة للخطر باستمرار. لقد وصلنا إلى نقطة لم يعد فيها أمل في غزة، وكأننا ننتظر الموت. وحتى لو تم التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار، فإن الدمار في غزة بكافة أشكاله لا يمكن إصلاحه بسرعة

لعبور الحدود بين غزة ومصر عند رفح يجب أن تكون أسمائنا في قائمة العبور (تصريح مدفوع الأجر). المنسقون في مصر يطلبون منا إضافة أسماء عائلتي إلى القائمة على الحدود، بمبلغ يتراوح بين 7000 و8000 دولار للشخص الواحد! لن يضيفوا أسماء حتى نتمكن من إثبات أن لدينا الأموال جاهزة

لسوء الحظ، تم تدمير منزلنا بالكامل خلال هدنة قصيرة. تمكنت من تسجيل مقطع فيديو له، وأنا أشعر بالحزن عندما أرى منزلي مدمرًا، وأفقد الأمل في أن طفلتي لن تتمكن من النوم في منزلها.
