Kakooza Ronald David is an orphan who chose the life of taking care for the fellow orphans. They sometimes sleep hungry or without knowing what to eat tomorrow and sometimes go 2-3 days without eating a proper meal. They need help to afford rent, food and water. He digs for others, sells cooked eggs, and carries luggage during market days to help but does not make enough to support all their needs.
