Every day, the staff at 360 shows up for us. They keep our homes secure, deliver packages, solve problems, maintain the common areas, and make 360 not just a condo, but a community.

During the pandemic, we started something meaningful:

The 360 Staff Holiday Fund

A simple tradition that reminds the people who take care of us all year long… that we see them, value them, and appreciate them. And now it’s that time again.

Here’s the deal...

Both owners and residents contribute whatever amount feels right to them.

We pool the contributions, and the total is distributed equally to the entire staff—maintenance, security, desk staff, housekeeping, valet, and everyone behind the scenes who makes this place run. (This includes about 30 people.)

This isn’t a fee. This isn’t an obligation. It’s a statement about the kind of community we choose to be. Our home is a safe, beautiful, and welcoming place to live because of these people.

So I’m inviting you, personally, to join me in being generous. If you’ve ever had a package tracked down, a late-night issue handled, a mess cleaned, a cart brought up, or a problem solved with a smile… you already know exactly why this matters.

Please make your contribution by December 15th, so we have time to withdraw and distribute the bonuses before the holidays. If you have any questions, the front desk is happy to help.
