Help Spiwe Bring His Son Home in UK
Hello, my name is Spiwe Zulu, and I am in urgent need of your support to fund legal fees for a custody battle to bring my son back home.
I am a British Malawian born, and single father living in the UK, and my son is currently in Belgium. We are both British nationals, and my son also holds Belgian nationality. Here is our story:
In 2018, my family and I moved from the UK to South Africa for work. In 2021, due to a separation, I returned to the UK while my family remained in South Africa. I frequently traveled back and forth to be with them. Last year, my son's mother was diagnosed with cancer and decided to undergo treatment in South Africa. I visited them as much as possible to support her during this challenging time.
Tragically, the treatment was unsuccessful. She chose to return to Belgium in April 2024 to be with her family, and sadly, she passed away on May 2, 2024. After her funeral, her family prevented me from bringing my son back to the UK.
I need legal representation to claim my parental rights and bring my son home. This situation has caused immense emotional distress, as my son and I share a very close bond. Despite my efforts, I have exhausted my savings on travel expenses between the UK, South Africa, and Belgium.
Time is critical. Important decisions about my son's future are imminent, and I fear losing custody if I don't act soon.
**Please support me in this fight to reunite with my son. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference.**
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
