Ok so I’ve exhausted all my resources and still can’t find the funds to catch up. I know I’m not the only one hurting right now but literally have no one to turn to. I’ve started a GoFundMe and though a few helped out, it wasn’t enough to do much with. So I have to face the harsh realities of losing everything. I have two amazing kids who are in need of clothes and shoes and I can’t provide that because aim trying to keep them fed and play catch up so housing don’t put us on the street. I have nothing left to pawn or sell, and no transportation to a better paying job. I’ve been crying and praying to God that things will get better for us but I literally have no one. All am asking for is $650. But in Opelousas there’s no rental assistance or anyone who cares. I work at dollar general making $10/hr only working 16 hours a week. We cant live of that. I ride a bike to work. I cant even get to the doctor for my diabetes or get my kids to their doctor appointments. I just need someone to see us and help me get up from here. I see all these videos on social media of families being blessed by people who can do live changing things for their family and I pray one day that someone will knock on my door to help mine. I take full accountability for the situation I’m in and have learned from my mistakes. But I’m convinced that this is it for us. I’m going to try sharing my GoFundMe again.
