Please help my daughter rebuild her home

The love and support that we have received has been so important to our family during this very difficult time.
2021 has distraught us, my daughter Carly and her 5 children including 7 month old baby twins were made homeless back in July. This was due to a roof leak that flooded her children's bedroom. Water was running through the lights damaging anything in its way. Brand new carpet, bespoke bunkbeds and all children’s clothes & toys. After a lot of back and forth with the council 2 majors leaks while living there, bedroom roof looking like it could collapse at any given minute. The surveyors finally deemed the property unsafe and Carly and the children were put in a hotel whilst waiting to be rehoused. As you can imaging living in a hotel room with a 14 year old, 7 year old, 3 year old and 7 month old twins has been very challenging. Everything at the flat was boxed up and put in the kitchen and living room ready for when they were rehoused.
It’s 5 months later Carly and children are still living in a hotel room. As there was no space at the hotel Carly had been putting Christmas presents for the kids up at the flat.
Come Christmas Eve morning at around 1am a fire broke out, Carly received multiple calls from her neighbours stressing how bad it is. Carly not able to do anything but be left with her own thoughts and imagination as to what is happening to all her belongings while the blaze rips through her flat. We are yet unsure why the fire had started out and awaiting on a fire investigation. The fire brigade had to evacuated the building for 2 and a half hours because the smoke was so bad but thankfully we count our blessings as no one was hurt.
Carly was devasted when she saw the damage to everything she owned, if it wasn’t burnt or melted it had smoke damage. Carly and her 5 children are homeless and have sadly lost all their belongings. We have received many messages and support and really appreciate it. Many have suggested to set this page up which at first we didn’t want to do but if we could atleast try and get a little bit of help it would go along way for Carly and the children. They have been through so much this year, they deserves a little help. So I am asking you if you could help restore my daughters broken heart, so that when she does eventually get a home for her and my grandchildren they can re start without the stress of having to refurnish and buy absolutey everything. It breaks my heart they have been through so much. We are all so grateful for all your support at this unbearable time. All your messages have meant so much and have filled our hearts!
