Help Zaeli to send home

Hi! Im Zaeli, 4 months old. My medical condition is complex. I was born and diagnosed with genetic disorder, PDA, micrognathia and respiratory failure. Tracheostomy and peg tube was done. Since birth I was admitted in NICU and now in PICU and never been home. My parents are financially exhausted from then.

Currently my doctor told my family that Im ready to go home. Unfortunately, my parents cannot provide all my medical needs especially the medical equipment. For me to be able to go home I need home ventilator, suction machine, pulse oximeter and oxygen concentrator.
