<div>Hi! Im Zaeli, 4 months old. My medical condition is complex. I was born and diagnosed with genetic disorder, PDA, micrognathia and respiratory failure. Tracheostomy and peg tube was done. Since birth I was admitted in NICU and now in PICU and never been home. My parents are financially exhausted from then.

<div>Currently my doctor told my family that Im ready to go home. Unfortunately, my parents cannot provide all my medical needs especially the medical equipment. For me to be able to go home I need home ventilator, suction machine, pulse oximeter and oxygen concentrator.

<div>Im seeking prayers and financial help from you as Im excited to go home and be with my family. Your financial assistance can make a significant difference in my journey to recovery.

<div>Im reaching out to you with a hopeful heart and your generosity will be appreciated. Please help us keep our family TOGETHER during this difficult time. Thank you.
