Most of her bills have been paid. However, the emergency vet bills still need to be covered. So, the remaining amount due is $1,100.

The sweet girl in the photo is Kirye. I raised her since she was 10 weeks old. We were together for 14 years.

She died in my arms.

Her passing was unexpected, and I need help covering her final vet bills.

She had some routine dental surgery. It took her some time to eat comfortably again, but she seemed to be recovering well. She loved to snuggle.

Everything changed overnight.

One night, she was eating very well and was being very playful. I thought: she's finally better!

The next day, she was rushed to the emergency vet, due to severe pain. That's when they found a large mass inside her. The vet suspected it was cancer, but there wasn't a chance to test further.

They gave her some medicine and sent her home. She stopped eating, and barely drank any water. Two days later, she was gone.

The sudden loss is heartbreaking beyond words.

Kirye's life was priceless. But the veterinary bills added up to $3,000. This includes:
