Next autumn, 2026, we will celebrate 40 years of our temple being the home of Sri Sri Panca Tattva at ISKCON Almvik in the Swedish countryside.
After so many years, our setups need updating so we can go on providing even more and better service to Their Lordships and our larger community. Our temple and Deity kitchens need reconstruction and refurbishment. To keep our permit to distribute prasadam, we endeavour to improve and keep up to date all of our facilities.
New Deity kitchen and a new altar with related areas will cater to Their Lordships with even better standards.
Our new temple kitchen, with larger and improved areas, and the new equipment will provide prasadam for even more devotees and guests, will be adjusted for ever-increasing Sundayfeasts, festivals and retreats and provide facilities for learning Vaishnava vegetarian cooking and catering.
We are planning to start with the new Deity kitchen, new pujari room and new Tulasi room in the beginning of 2026.
We would like to offer our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have already donated for the renovation of the big kitchen, the new Deity kitchen, new pujari room and the new altar.
Thank you very much!
“The Krishna consciousness movement vigorously approves this practice of preparing food, offering it to the Deity, and distributing it to the general population. This activity should be extended universally”. Chaitanya-charitamrita (Madhya-lila, 4.93, purport)
