PLEASE HELP US SAVE THIS HISTORIC HOME!!!

In 2015, this magnificent home was abandoned by its previous owners, leaving it empty and vulnerable. Over time, it attracted trespassers, urban explorers, squatters, and curious visitors who showed little respect for the property. Some intruders stole, damaged, and vandalized the once glorious residence.
About three years ago, I discovered this home and felt an immediate connection to it. Though I’m not wealthy, my passion for rescuing it was undeniable. In 2023, I decided to take the leap and purchased the property, recognizing its beauty and historical significance. My goal is to restore it to its original grandeur and honor its century-long history as a funeral parlor. Once restored, I plan to open it to the community so others can appreciate its charm and historical value.
This journey has been both challenging and costly. So far, I’ve invested approximately $100,000 into the restoration, with significant projects like a $60,000 roof replacement, repairs to wiring, plumbing, and flooring, and extensive cleanup of the damage left behind by squatters. Despite progress in recent months, much work remains to be done before the property can be shared with the community.
Unfortunately, due to limited funds, the restoration is slowing down. I am seeking help—whether through monetary donations or volunteer support—to continue this important work.
All contributions go directly to the Holliday House Restoration Initiative, managed by Raven Historical Preservation, LLC, a dedicated entity I established for this purpose. Donations are tax-deductible and will help preserve this historical gem for future generations. Your support will make a meaningful difference.
