This is more than a theatre, it's at the heart of our Community.

For generations of families, performers, volunteers and local societies, The Brewhouse has been a place where memories are made, friendships begin and the magic of live theatre comes to life.

For The Wayfarers Pantomime Society, it has been our home since it opened in 1977. For nearly 50 years, we have brought our annual pantomime to its stage — and we desperately want to keep that tradition alive.

Working together with the amateur theatre community including Taunton Association of Performing Arts (TAPA), Taunton Thespians and Somerset Opera Group, who also regulary perform at the theatre, we’re setting an initial goal of £50,000 to contribute to the funds needed to help support The Brewhouse and secure its future.

But we need YOU.
