A major breakthrough has been achieved in Jackson's case. A Domestic Violence Injunction was issued against his father, Jared.

This development has brought significant relief to Jackson. He now feels more secure and less fearful of the physical and sexual abuse his own father, Jared, forced him to endure.

Sadly, the fight is not over. Jared has filed a motion to overturn the ruling in an attempt to regain custody of Jackson.

We are struggling to cover the attorney fees required to fight this frivolous motion.

Jackson’s mother has sole custody, granted to her by the Domestic Violence Injunction. However, if Jared's motion is granted Jackson will have to go back to him immediately - once again forced to live the nightmare of abuse.

We need to ensure Jared NEVER has the chance to abuse Jackson again!!

We are honest hard working people, and have spent our savings on the previous court hearings. And thankfully, along with previous donations, we were able to pay Attorney fees for the Domestic Violence hearing. But we still have such an enormous battle ahead.

We humbly come to you to ask for financial help, something we never thought we would have to do. But Jackson’s safety is more important than our pride!!
