On Christmas Eve our niece and her 2 children lost everything in a house fire including their beloved dog Khoda. So today, on my birthday, the only gift I could ever want is to help my niece and her babies to own their own home again. To have a sense of peace and safety. She is a warrior and a super mom! She has raised two amazing kids that are so full of love and light and just truly wonderful little people. Day in and day out, she has worked tirelessly to make a stable healthy life for her babies and on Christmas eve it all burned down in front of their eyes.

My niece Kayla and her sweet kiddos are beyond blessed to have their lives spared, our family and friends coming together to surround and support them and shower them with love and prayers, and our community to offer their thoughts, donations, and even the special people that dropped off food and presents on Christmas morning for them. Each and every single one of you have seriously made a huge impact and have brought back a little bit of joy and happiness during such an awful and horrific time in their lives!
