My name is Sharail and my partner, Erlin Ahinsha Richards is facing deportation.  Originally from Saint Vincent but became a legal resident of the United States since 1992.   

We are in  need to cover his legal fees, commissary, visits and bail if awarded.

Green card holder for 30 years, been in the U.S since the age of 7 years old. He is facing deportation based on a charge from 2005; possession of Marijuana under 30 grams. 

 He was apprehended at JFK returning from a trip from DR. He is currently being held in Colorado at the Auroa Detention Facility. He lost his first court case and now we want to appeal the judge decision and eventually try to get a bond hearing.
