Pls help a family to not become a homeless family

A young family with two Canadian children 5yrs and 15 months. Parents lost their legal status in Canada with no reason. As a result, Gov has stopped child benefits and work permissions on children’s parents in 2023, although they’ve lived as a student and worker and paid taxes in Canada for 9 yrs. They tried to resolve the problem through IRCC and MP( Mona Fortier) but they got no response.As the time goes by their life’s conditions is getting more and more critical. Lack of money,healthcare and benefits make everything too hard for parents to keep their life specially for children in an acceptable circumstances. Your help will be a great way to support the family to overcome the horrible situation till they can back to a normal life as they had.

By now,no one from Gov neither our MP(Mona Fortier)’s office contacted us to help.
