Please help to rebuild a family’s home

Hi Guys,

I was in two minds about setting up this page. It took me a lot of persuasion to do so but I feel as though I have been left with no choice.

My mums side of the family come from a poor village in Pakistan ( Lakhanwal) and over there any amount of land that you own ultimately defines your wealth. Sadly, my uncles life was cruelly taken away from him as he was murdered by the family living next door to him over a small plot of land. My uncle was the sole bread winner, taking care of my grandparents whom he lived with ( both in their 90’s ) his wife and 4 young children aged between 2 and 7.

The graveyard in which my uncle is buried is a mere 10 metre walk from the front of the house in which they are currently residing in. Every day the kids walk acrossthe road to sit by their fathers grave. 

My Aunty has expressed that she doesn’twant to live next door to where her husband was murdered and to raise her children where they constantly pine for their dad. The ‘house’ that they live in I cannot even call a house. It is open land that is covered in sand, no roof, basic toilet facility which is outside and so far away that my grandad struggles to walk to. There is no hot water, no heating and only two rooms where they can sleep or seek shelter from rain etc. 

currently the police have cordoned off the house due to ongoing investigations which unfortunately means that they cannot sell the house. My uncles passing has left the family without an income and they cannot live in the conditions that they are currently doing so now. 

The circumstances around what has happened has been so tragic, we are all in shock. My uncle was only 42. As my family cannot sell their house, I am asking if you can help in any way that you can. Any donation big or small will go a massive way. Your kind donations will ensure that we can find a house for the family so that theycan start to rebuild their lives after a tragic loss.
