Hello everyone, We are reaching out for help on behalf of a family in desperate need. The Beale family has recently been kicked out of their home that they rent in Frazier because the home was foreclosed on. They are great tenants, always paid their rent on time, and they even made beautiful upgrades to the home because they thought this would be their forever home. The “owner” told them they would eventually sell the house to them after collecting rent for two years from them, only to find out, these were no longer the owners and the property is bank owned. The family was completely unaware of this situation and unfortunately, they now find themselves with only 5 days to move out. As you can imagine, this is an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation. The family has limited financial resources and is struggling to cover the costs of moving, renting a truck, and purchasing boxes and packing supplies. They also need to cover the cost of a new security deposit for their new home. They also already paid June rent at this home and now have to pay rent for remainder of June on the new home. They have livestock that they need to find a home for because their new home is in Pine Mountain Club and will not accommodate them. This family includes minor children that are being ripped from their home when they did nothing wrong. We are asking for your help to support this family during this difficult time.
