Update- We found out today that the kid's dad was too young to accrue survivor's benefits or social security. So Allie will have no help, which most homes can't run on two incomes now adays, but the kids receive absolutely nothing to help take care of his children.

These two sweet babies tragically, and suddenly, lost their father recently. A large part of the cost of taking care of these two came from their dad. With the sudden passing of him, their mother is now left to provide all alone. I, their grandma and her mother, do believe that she will be able to draw from his social security for them. This process takes weeks, to months. She had a budget prior to the sudden loss, but it relied heavily on his income.

Please don't think that this is anything but necessary. She is not asking for help, I am. She is already struggling emotionally, I don't want her to struggle financially as well! The family will do the best we can to help fill some gaps, but anything from anyone would be greatly appreciated... even if it is a share!

Since the government will take at least a month to process, I am just hoping to raise enough to get her a month of bills taken care of.
