On May 2, 2023. Amy was found unconscious by one of her children and rushed to the hospital. Here she spent the next few days on life support undergoing tests to determine if we’d get to hear her voice again. Heartbreaking news found us when we heard that she had no brain function, she would never wake up. Knowing Amy’s wishes to be an organ donor, she was able to go on to save four lives on May 6, 2023.
On May 6, 2023, Amy left us but her spirit lives on forever.
Amy was a single mom and left behind seven children that are now under the care of her sister Lisa. Lisa is also a widow and single mother to her own daughter. Amy’s children range from age 3 to 16.
For the last six years, Amy has resided in the same rental home on Long Island, NY. The property manager with no explanation is forcing Lisa to relocate seven children. They are REFUSING to give Lisa a lease, they won’t even let her apply. Not only did these seven children lose their mom, they are now losing their home.
We are raising money to help Lisa care for the 7 children she is now caring for and to help her get into a new and safe home. This money will pay for rent, deposit for a place to live, clothing, food, a van, etc.
Lisa is in need of a new van to transport her now 8 children. Amy previously owned a mini van but it is not repairable.
All money earned will go DIRECTLY to Lisa so she can provide for Amy’s children.
