Please help the Twins

My name is Monica and I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with twin boys. This has been an unexpected yet pleasant surprise for my family and I. Upon going to my 12 week sonogram, they discovered that one of my boys had an enlarged bladder due to a blockage in the urethra. After ruling out several genetic issues, the only way to save him would be to place a shunt. None of these procedures are covered by my insurance therefore we have had to pay and will need to continue paying for them. This has caused huge financial hardship on my family and I. I was scheduled to have the procedure tomorrow but I need to pay the entire amount up front as they will not allow me to make monthly payments. As you can imagine, in this life and death situation for my baby, I want to make sure that I have exhausted all options available to me. All of these procedures are time sensitive and every moment counts. Any amount, big or small, will be greatly appreciated.
