This past Monday, our lives were changed forever.

My sister, Shannon Goudie (LaDow), was in a terrible car accident with her son, Jacob Goudie.

Tragically, my sister did not survive. She was such a loving mother, sister, and friend, and losing her so suddenly has left us heartbroken.

Jake was badly injured in the accident. We are so grateful that he is expected to make a full recovery, but he still has a long road of healing ahead of him both physically and emotionally.

While we are grieving this unimaginable loss, we are also faced with the sudden financial burden of funeral costs and other urgent expenses that come with such a tragedy.

We are reaching out in this difficult time to ask for support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the weight on our family so we can focus on honoring Shannon’s memory and supporting her children with the things they need in the immediate future.
