On July 1, 2017, Cindy and Dave Bednar had a tree from their property fall down with no warning. The tree landed on one of their vans, destroying it. It also took down power lines on their property. Thankfully it didn't hit their house, but because of this, their homeowners insurance will not help pay for the cost of the tree removal. Their car insurance policy will also not pay for the totaled car or any part of the tree removal.
The Bednars have three beautiful children. Their son is about to start his freshman year of college. A couple of weeks ago he was involved in a motor vehicle accident that totaled his car...he was not injured. Their two daughters are elementary and high school age, and both are involved in activities around the community. Both Cindy and Dave work full time. In two weeks time they went from having 3 vehicles down to 1.
They need some help paying to replace their van as well as the tree removal. This family has gone out of their way to help others in the community, including my family. They are the nicest people you could ever want to meet. Any help you can provide, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
