We’re reaching out to our community with urgency and a heavy heart. Our mother, Glenda Arreola, was detained by immigration authorities on August 18, 2025, and is currently being held at the Eloy Detention Center in Arizona. She now faces possible deportation and the heartbreaking possibility of our family being torn apart.

We don’t want that to happen.
We can’t let that happen.

Our mother came to the U.S. when she was just a teenager, full of hope and determination to build a better life. Since then, she has worked hard, stayed out of trouble, and dedicated her life to raising her four children and being a loving grandmother.

She is the heart of our home. Her absence has left a hole in our family—emotionally and financially. Her children and young grandson need her home. We all do.

To keep her here with us, we must fight her case, but the legal fees are more than our family can afford alone. We’re raising funds to cover the costs related to her immigration case and give her the best possible chance to come home.
