Please Help Support the Jason Eckenrod Family

Hello, my name is Rosanne Corey, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read this. My brother-in-law, Jason Eckenrod, was involved in a terrifying accident on June 5, 2023. Jason owns Arborway Tree Care, and he was in a bucket truck trimming a tree when the throttle on his chainsaw stuck. The chainsaw then ricocheted off the edge of the bucket and cut through Jason’s neck. Thanks to the quick life-saving response of his business partner, the first responders, and the talented surgeons at the hospital, Jason survived this horrific injury, but the road to recovery is going to be long and hard. Luckily, he has a strong spouse, Suzanne (my sister), and two amazing children, Jacob and Lexie who will be with him through the recovery process…but it is not going to be easy.

Since Jason is a small business owner of a very seasonal business, he will be unable to return to work during the time of year he makes the majority of his annual income. This will undoubtedly cause worry and hardship for his family. If you know Jason, you know he is ALWAYS the FIRST one to jump and help others in need. Now, I’m hoping that friends, family, and anyone else reading this will help the Eckenrod family in their time of need. All donations will be given directly to the Eckenrod family to use for immediate and long-term living and medical expenses. I know the people of Mt. Zion, Decatur, and Iowa (where Jason is from) have big hearts, and together, we can help get Jason’s family through one of the toughest times they have ever faced. We all love Jason so much and don’t want him to have finances as an added worry when he needs to be focused on healing. We want him back on his feet - healthy, strong, and as his old, ornery self!
