Hi Everyone,
Life has thrown an unexpected challenge at our friend Josh Coffey and his family. Recently he was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and shortly there after was transferred to another hospital based on the severity and his ICU needs. He was diagnosed with Acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, Influenza A, Multifocal Pneumonia, Sepsis, Pleural Effusion, Collapsed lungs and various issues with his blood cell levels. He’s been in a medically induced coma on a ventilator going on 10 days and a tracheotomy is next up. The best case scenario is he regains consciousness and is able to breathe again on his own and then deal with all the other underlying complications in a recovery process. If this is the case he’ll stay in the hospital until he’s physically capable to go to a rehabilitation facility. As you can imagine this has put a heavy emotional strain on his wife Carol (who was against me setting this up) and his two teen daughters Addison and Peyton especially with it being the holiday season. At the very least Josh will be out of work for a significant period of time and will have incurred quite a large amount of debt and family expenses.
The funds raised here will go directly towards bills, lost wages, recovery and family living expenses, etc. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a real difference and help on getting through this difficult time without the constant financial worry.
If you’re unable to donate, we completely understand — sharing this page or keeping them in your thoughts and prayers means just as much. Thank you from the bottom of mine and families hearts for taking the time to read this and for any support you’re able to give.
With Gratitude
Happy Holidays
George Fenn
