Hi! I’m Brooklyn, one of Dakota's closest friends. I am starting this GoFundMe to help Dakota & her sweet baby boy.

Dakota unexpectedly welcomed her sweet baby boy on December 8 due to pregnancy complications needing to go into immediate surgery. Sweet Nash was born at just 25 weeks gestation. During this time, Dakota is facing unexpected time off from work as she owns her own business, which can cause many financial strains. Her main focus during this time is her son, who is spending an unknown amount of time in the NICU. Dakota is bringing her son into this world with help from her family, but she is the main source of income for her son and herself. Dakota does not want to ask for a lot, but I thought during this time of need it would be amazing if her village and community could come together to help raise some money so she can solely focus on her son while he has many battles to endure and lots of growth to overcome over the next few months, all while healing from birth herself.
