Hello Friends!! Wow, we have been blown away by the incredible support of all our generous donors to this fundraiser. In February 2022, we increased our fundraiser goal to $10,000 USD to continue to help meet the needs of St Peters Orphans Foundation and as of July 2023, we have met that goal! Incredible!!! God is so so good! Please continue to help support the orphans with your donations (our current goal is $12,000 USD as of July 2024) as each dollar makes a difference in these children’s lives.

My Friend and Brother in Christ, Pastor Kitayimbwa, is the Director of St Peters Orphans Foundation in Bugiri, Uganda where he takes care of orphans and helps give them a brighter future. The Foundation’s mission is to build strong-minded children who can take care of their own tomorrow when they grow up.

Pastor Kitayimbwa says, “We believe that each child deserves a chance for a better future. We are committed to helping the helpless of Uganda, by giving food, clothing and an opportunity to learn. We try to do whatever it takes for the children - everyday, and in times of crisis - giving hope to the hopeless, transforming their lives and the future we share.”

The orphanage is currently caring for 45 abandoned children, 30 girls and 15 boys all of whom are under 15 years of age. Every donation received through this fundraiser is sent to Pastor Kitayimbwa via WorldRemit. Money that continues to be raised will help pay for rent, school supplies, basic necessities like food and clean water, clothing, shoes, and the children’s medical care and medications as needed.
