My name is Biliqees, and I am fundraising for my family. We are being deported from Canada on October 12, 2025, even though my sister is still battling cancer and urgently needs a bone marrow transplant from one of us, her siblings.

Yesterday, one of my brothers was arrested by the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) because they found out that we have been reaching out to the news and our MP for help. We are terrified and heartbroken. My family has been trying so hard to stay together and to save my sister’s life, but everything feels like it’s falling apart.

The hospital told us we now have to pay out of pocket for my sister’s cancer treatment. We simply don’t have the money. We haven’t heard from our father since 2022, and my stepmom, his second wife, has been doing everything she can to hold our family together. She has carried so much pain, worry, and responsibility on her shoulders, but she can only do so much alone.

If we are deported tomorrow, we have nowhere to return to in Nigeria — no house, no job, and no safety. Most painfully, my sister will lose access to the medical care she needs to survive. She is still so young and has so much life ahead of her.

Please, I am begging from the depths of my heart — help us. Any amount, any share, and every prayer makes a difference. Your kindness can help save my sister’s life and give my family hope when we have almost none left.
