Please Help Save Artist Michael Michalczyk’s Home

I'd love to tell you about my friend and neighor who needs our help. Michael C. Michalczyk has been a proud resident of Glastonbury since he was 11 years old. He moved to Glastonbury with his family to Main Street in 1955 where he still resides today. Mike is a talented artist who specializes in painting, drawing, illustrations, visual design and consulting. 

Unfortunately Mike's family home has gone into foreclosure and unless he is able to raise $24,400 in the next 11 days, he will be evicted on April 24th with no where to go. Mike's home is a beautiful old Victorian home that was built in 1887 where he has built a lifetime of memories.

Mike's father was an accomplished artist as well who designed the seal for Glastonbury Town Hall, amongst countless other accomplishments. Mike's home is just a few doors down from Glastonbury Town Hall and he deserves to spend the rest of his days in his family home.

I also dream of helping Mike to secure some help with landscaping and small repairs to keep his life comfortable so he can continue to focus on his artwork and work with clients.

I hope you consider a donation to help a neighbor in need. It would be heartbreaking to see him forced from his home of over 66 years! I am organizing this Go Fund Me for Mike as he deserves a helping hand as a treasured citizen of our town! Please help a wonderful neighbor and artist!
