Please Help save 2 Babies from Child Abuse

Hello Everyone,

Please help this single mother of two babies out as this family needs our support. The mother goes by the name Nina and is a single mother, who is a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assualt, and her two babies ages 3 and 2 are still undergoing child abuse from the father and the paternal family members.

The mother is currently in the family court system fighting to keep the children safe and needs your help to pay for the legal fees associated with children’s custody and safety and wellbeing. The judge has dismissed all evidence of the child abuse charge, 11 domestic charges, children protective services letter where they state that they are not in favor of the father having unsupervised visits and the family doctor’s affidavit and a positive drug test.

The judge ordered a temporary court order giving the father 50/50 according to the father’s work schedule and not allowing the mother to work around her schedule. The children are at risk and have been assaulted from the father and the paternal family members. The children scream out in fear and cry when they have to be dropped off to their father’s. The 3-year-old begs for help in the videos. Doctors are involved and other organizations are trying to interfere for the children’s welfare; however, the children are babies and are unable to speak up for themselves and these investigations don’t go anywhere as the father and the paternal family members do not state who and how the children are being harmed.

The family court process is long and has financially depleted this mother's funds who keeps fighting for her children. We need your help and financial donations are most welcome as she needs to pay for past legal fees. The process they are working towards is a trial and a final settlement, which is very expensive. We need everyone’s help to save the babies and help this mother who needs our help and who is very alone battling for her children’s safety and well-being.
