Please help our family to make the best memories we can

It's with great sadness that we need to set up a page for my dad, Paul who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in October 2024.

Paul was incredibly active and worked hard until he unfortunately had a Stroke at the beginning of 2024 and then we were dealt the devastating blow later in the year that he had Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Paul has undergone Chemotherapy, but unfortunately the cancer has grown and spread and Paul is now undergoing a more aggressive treatment in the hope that this helps. As it stands, we have been told that Paul only has a small amount of time left with us if this treatment doesn't work and so, we as a family are understandably trying to manage as best we can and make the next few months as positive for Paul as we can.

Due to the difficulties we've had over the last 14 months, our family have struggled with the impact of the illnesses, Paul being unable to work and the grief we're feeling as a family, particularly as my mum has her own health conditions too.

Mum and Paul have been together for nearly 19 years and married for 15 years. Paul is my step-dad and together mum and Paul have my 17 year old sister, Lilly.

Mum and Paul are the heart of the family - when they were married, this was jointly with my Nana and so they have never had a day to themselves. As such, we would like to be able to fund a vows renewal for mum and Paul to have their day. Unfortunately, due to Paul's prognosis, it is so important to us to have this day as quickly as possible and we are asking for help to do so!

We'd also like to be able to make as many positive memories as possible together as a family whilst we're going through this horrendous period and so we're asking for support to take Paul on experience days to make some ot his dreams come true! Paul has always been an avid Liverpool FC supporter and we would especially love to be able to take him to Anfield (hopefully for a match) as soon as we can.

Any support that you may be able to give us towards experiences and my mum and dad's vows renewals would be beyond appreciated!
