I tried to protest, boycott and speak up about the sufferings people are going through in Gaza but I don’t see any changes in our government. I am Nour Atalla Ahmad from Gaza. I was engaged before the war. My fiancé’s name is Muhammad. I was preparing to live a happy married life with my husband, but the war came and took everything from us. We were not able to celebrate and have a wedding party. Even the house that my husband had prepared was destroyed, and we were left with nothing. So I got married in this harsh and painful war.

I recently lost someone very precious to me, my brother. He was martyred while he was going to get aid to get food because of the difficult conditions, but he left without returning to us safely. He was not able to escape the occupation, so he was martyred. God is helping me cope with my sadness.

I am suffering from the difficult life that my husband and I are living in the tent under difficult circumstances and high prices. We will not even be able to satisfy our hunger because of the high prices of flour. I pray to God to be able to buy food to survive.
