PLEASE HELP! My parents have lost everything in a house fire

My name is Nicole and I am asking for your help for my parents Arline and Yves.
Last night they lost everything in a house fire. A lifetime of family mementos and memories are gone forever.
They barely made it out alive - naked and without shoes. They have lost all the necessities of life - everything they owned. All the items we use in daily life like eyeglasses, cell phones, medications, clothes, food and more. The fire was so big that it also burned the cars in their driveway.
My parents are also completely devastated because they were not able to find their cats, Cookie, Rooney and Obie. We can only hope they made it outside and that a neighbour will find them. Please email me if you have any sightings or want to know where to look.

The fire started last night just after midnight and, while we are very fortunate my parents made it out alive, they have suffered a horrific loss.
My parents need all the support they can get, even if you cannot make a financial donation, we are accepting online gift cards, clothes, shoes, food, places to stay. I will update this post daily as I learn of their needs.

Arline and Yves are known as the most loving couple. They have always put the needs of their family and friends above their own. Over the past two decades, Smell This! has supported many local charities - giving time and goods to people in need.
Funds will be used to replace IDs, medications, eye glasses, accommodations and other emergency items needed to survive.
