Sarah, her babies, her Mom and their dogs lost everything in their home as water rushed in during the night of Hurricane Sally. As the babies slept water rushed in the house. Luckily Mom had one in her bed and Gigi had one in the other so they were as safe as they could be during this wicked storm. When Sarah noticed the water coming in at 1:30am it was ankle deep. Soon after it was knee deep by the time it was daylight and the Cajun Navy rescued them by boat it was thigh high. Sarah, 2 babies, 4 dogs and Gigi were rescued but they have lost most all of their belongings including a roof over their head, clothes on their back, a vehicle to drive and toys for the babies. The cars will be paid off by insurance but all else is not covered since they did not have flood insurance and it was not in a flood zone. Any donation you can spare will help Sarah and the babies rebuild their life and start over. Thank you so much. Hope all is well in your neighborhood.
